Up on high they sit and figure
Who needs their job to live
Or who does their job yet lives.
Well fed
Not well read.
Calculating and cunning
Spinning lies in order to rise.
They sit looking down over stacked chins,
Content in their positions
Watching while every one else works.
Works to pick up the pieces.
Works to maintain balance
Works to make ends meet.
